A countryside estate in the heart of Mennonite country. On-site parking is available, and you are welcome to leave your car overnight and arrange a ride home, so you can celebrate worry-free.
We're looking forward to celebrating with you and would love for everyone to join us in creating a timeless, elegant evening with formal attire.
Our wedding party will be dressed in espresso, and we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white or ivory.

We'd love for you to stay close by! There are a few hotels in the area. We suggest booking soon to reserve your spot.
Getting back at the end of the night: Our shuttles make two runs from the venue to the Courtyard Marriott area in St. Jacobs and Waterloo, one at 11:30 PM and one at 12:30 AM. There is also a Hilton, Holiday Inn Express, Hampton by Hilton and Staybridge Suites in the same area. Let us know on your RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle service.

About 10 minutes from the venue. To use our discount code you have to book directly with the hotel, by phone or on the hotel's website. The code is not honoured through third party booking sites.
Code: D7597A small boutique property right in St. Jacobs village, run by the same team as our venue, so you are minutes from the celebration. Only a few rooms, and they cannot be held: booking takes a 50% deposit. Rooms are open October 22 to 25.

What time should I arrive?
Please find your seat by 4:15 PM, when our live music duo begins. The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM.
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
We are planning a garden ceremony, weather permitting, with an indoor space ready if the day turns on us. Either way you will be seated and looked after, though October in St. Jacobs can be cool, so a wrap or layer is a good idea.
What is the dress code?
Formal attire. Our wedding party will be in espresso, and we kindly ask guests to avoid white or ivory. The full note and the exact shade are in Dress Code.
Are children invited?
While we absolutely love your kids, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy an evening out with us!
Do I get a plus-one?
Your invitation names everyone we have included. If you are unsure, just ask us. You can RSVP for your whole party on one form, with a meal choice for each person.
When do I need to RSVP by?
By September 1, 2026. Our caterer needs final numbers and meal choices well ahead of the day.
What if my plans change after I RSVP?
Let us know as soon as you can and we will sort it out. Changes get harder to make close to the date once numbers are confirmed with the venue.
I have an allergy or a dietary restriction. What do I do?
Tell us on the RSVP. There is one field for severe or life-threatening allergies, which we pass straight to our caterer, and a second for dietary needs such as no pork, halal or vegetarian.
What is being served?
Three courses with wine service from 6:30 PM, a choice of three mains listed on the RSVP form, an open bar, and a late-night snack at 10:00 PM.
Where do I park? Can I leave my car overnight?
There is on-site parking at the venue. You are very welcome to leave your car overnight and arrange a ride home, so you can celebrate worry-free.
Is there a shuttle back to the hotels?
Yes. Our shuttles make two runs from the venue to the Courtyard Marriott area in St. Jacobs and Waterloo, one at 11:30 PM and one at 12:30 AM after the last dance. That area also serves the Hilton, Holiday Inn Express, Hampton by Hilton and Staybridge Suites nearby.
Please tell us on your RSVP if you plan to use it, so we can book the right size of vehicle.
Are gifts expected?
Not at all, your presence is the gift. If you would like to give one anyway, we would be grateful for a monetary contribution towards our future together. There is more in our registry.
